| AN IDEA |
|
Jacques Poinsot has been steeped in the reception industry since 1978, when he began organizing weddings at Les Petite Écuries in Orgeval, just outside of Paris.
The following year, he began buying tables and chairs to hire out for receptions at Les Petites Écuries and at La Ferme de Grand’’Maison in Villepreux, near Versailles.
In 1981, his self-named business became OPTIONS SA, and added china and linens to its catalogue.
